The Pass Plus scheme has been designed by the DSA aimed predominately at new drivers to help improve your driving skills and knowledge of the road, it can also lead to car insurance discounts far out weighing the cost of the course.
The course consists of a minimum of 6 hours tuition, the length of each lesson will be individually tailored to suit your commitments and the subject being practised. There are 6 modules to cover within the course:

Introduction & Town Driving

All Weather Driving
•
Out of Town & Rural Roads Driving
•
Motorways
•
Dual Carriageways
•
Night Driving |

There is no test to take at the end of the course. On successful completion of the course your instructor will sign off your training record to prove you have achieved the required standard. The instructor will send the completed form to the DSA. The DSA will then forward a Pass Plus Certificate on to yourself.
