1stGear Driver Training is a sister company of 1stGear Driving School . 1stGear Driving Instructor Training has been developed to meet the demand of people interested in becoming a Driving Instructor. 1stGear D.I.T is dedicated to delivering first class training to all candidates joining the course. 1stGear D.I.T is based in Merseyside and covers all North West regions including North Wales . Residential courses are available if you live outside of our operating area.

Training Courses

Driving Instructor training courses are individually tailored to meet your needs allowing you to work around your current commitments. You may choose to train at a steady pace, alternatively you may prefer to train as quickly as possible, in which case we can organise an intensive or residential course whichever suits your needs.

Job Guarantee

Upon successful completion of the required D.S.A qualifying examinations, 1stGear guarantee you a franchise position with 1stGear D.S or a local / national Driving School. If you choose to operate your own driving school 1stGear will give you advice on setting up and running your independent Driving School.
